Resetting Your Mimeo Photos or Motif Account Password
If you're having trouble signing in to your account, resetting your password is quick and easy.
Motif & Mimeo Photos Accounts
In 2023, Motif was acquired by Mimeo. As part of this transition, Motif and Mimeo Photos accounts have been merged — meaning you can now use the same credentials to sign in on both platforms.
If you're a returning Motif user trying to access your account on Mimeo Photos, you can simply reset your password and continue using your original email address.
How to Reset Your Password

Go to mimeophotos.com

Click Sign In in the top right corner

If your login fails, click Forgot Password?

Enter your email address and submit the form

Check your inbox for a password reset link

Follow the link and set a new, unused password
Once your password is reset, return to mimeophotos.com and sign in with your updated credentials.
Tip: Sign In to the App Too
After resetting your password, we recommend signing into your Mimeo Photos app on your Mac using the same credentials. This helps ensure that:

Your orders are properly linked to your account

Your full order history appears under My Account

You can take advantage of features like our Re-Order tool to place repeat orders easily
If you use multiple Macs, remember that photo projects created in the Photos app are saved locally and are not transferrable between devices.
