🔁New Feature: Re-Order Past Purchases from Your Account
Ordering a second (or third) copy of your favorite photo book just got a whole lot easier. With the new Re-Order feature, you can now place repeat orders of past projects directly from your Order History—no need to contact support to obtain a copy of your project.
This streamlined experience is designed for speed, simplicity, and full self-service.
What Is the Re-Order Feature?
The Re-Order feature allows registered Mimeo Photos users to place an identical re-order of any eligible past purchase with just a few clicks. It’s a direct path from Order History to Checkout, removing the need for manual project retrievals or contacting support.
This is ideal for reprints, gifts, or replacing lost or damaged books.
Who Can Use This?
Any registered Mimeo Photos user with eligible orders in their account.
An order is eligible for re-order if it:

Was placed on or after January 31, 2024

Has an order status of:
-
Processing – still moving through our production network
-
Shipped – already dispatched from our facilities
-
Not supported at this time:
-
Orders with a status of Delivered, Canceled, or Failed

Orders containing only Prints products
Note: The original order must have been placed while signed into your Mimeo Photos account in order to appear in your Order History. Orders placed as a guest are not eligible.
How to Re-Order a Past Purchase

Sign in to your Mimeo Photos web account

Go to the Order History page

Locate an eligible order

Click the Re-Order button
(Available from both the Order List and Order Detail views) -
You’ll be directed to checkout

Confirm or update your shipping information

Enter payment details
-
Adjust the quantity if needed

Submit the order

Before this update, re-ordering required several manual steps—including contacting customer support, waiting for project files to be retrieved, and re-submitting the order through our Import tool.
Now, with the Re-Order feature:
