Adding, Removing, and Reorganizing Pages
These buttons can be found in the lower left-hand cover above the Spread View:
First, Click on the "Organize" button. This will open up a new window that will show you all of your page spreads. Then click the respective Plus (+) or Minus (-) Buttons to add or remove pages from the layout.
