Why Was My Order Sent to a Pickup Location (Access Point)?

Why Was My Order Delivered to an Access Point?
To ensure successful delivery, shipping carriers may occasionally redirect packages to a local Access Point, a secure retail location where shipments are held for customer pickup. This can happen if multiple delivery attempts were made without success, the delivery address was incomplete (missing apartment number, gate code, or similar), or the carrier encountered a local delivery issue or restriction.
Note: These delivery decisions are made solely by the carrier at the last mile of delivery. Mimeo Photos does not request for orders to be delivered to an Access Point.
How to Locate Your Access Point
-
Open your shipping confirmation email. It contains your tracking number and a link to view the shipment status.
-
Visit tracking.mimeophotos.com and enter your tracking number.
-
If your order was redirected, the tracking page will list the Access Point address and the pickup-by date.
What to Do Next
If possible, we recommend collecting your package from the Access Point to avoid further delays. If you are unable to pick it up, you can contact the carrier directly for delivery assistance. Carriers may allow a redelivery request or delivery hold in certain cases. If you prefer, you can also reach out to our team and we will contact the carrier on your behalf.
While we can request redelivery from the carrier, we cannot guarantee approval. If redelivery is permitted, it may extend the estimated delivery time.
