If you noticed that your order number looks different than usual, you are in the right place. As part of a recent update to our checkout and order system, you may see a new order number format in a few places.

Why Your Order Number Looks Different

We recently updated our order processing system, and as part of that change, a new order number format is now displayed in your order history list and in transactional emails such as your order confirmation and shipping notification.

Where to Find Your Confirmation ID

Your original Mimeo Photos order ID has not gone anywhere (Ex: 12ABC345DE). You can still find your 10-digit ID by opening the order detail page for any order in your order history. That page will continue to display the order ID format you are used to seeing.
