If you recently attempted to place an order but did not receive a confirmation email in your inbox or spam folder, or if your upload seems to freeze or stall without completing, your project may have failed to upload.
While our application may display "Downloading images," this process is actually uploading your project to our system for processing.
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot and complete your order.
Why Did My Upload Fail?
Uploads can fail for various reasons, including:

A weak or interrupted internet connection during upload.

The computer going to sleep or shutting down before the upload completes.

Large project files requiring additional processing time (up to 10 minutes, depending on the number of photos).

The upload process freezing midway, preventing completion.

What Happens If My Upload Fails?
If your project does not successfully upload, your order will not be processed, and no charge will be finalized. However, you may see a pending charge on your payment method— this is an uncaptured transaction that your bank will automatically release within a few days. (This can occur even if you restarted your computer or canceled the upload partway through).
Each upload attempt may generate a new pending charge, but these will not be finalized unless the order is successfully processed.
Our team actively monitors failed uploads and will cancel any unprocessed transactions. You may also receive an email from us notifying you of the issue and advising you to resubmit your order.
