What happens after I place an order?

What happens after I place an order? Understanding Mimeo Photo's Ordering Process. When will my order be delivered? 

If you have any questions or concerns after ordering, simply click the blue chat button at the bottom right of this web page and we will be happy to help you.

Order is Placed

Once you've placed your order, we process your payment and send you an order confirmation email that includes your order number and an estimated delivery date*. (*delivery dates are estimated per carrier delivery policies)

Order In Progress

Our print experts are off to work on your project! Your custom order takes three days to print and ship from our closest facility, including the date you placed the order

Mimeo Photos Products require a Processing Time during which the items are printed and packaged. Once the processing is complete, the package is shipped to you.

The 'Ship' date is an estimate of the time it takes to process and ship your print product from our warehouse.

Preparing to Ship

We have finalized your order and created the label for it to ship off that day. Your tracking number may not work right away. But, do not worry! Your package is safe and awaiting pickup from the carrier.


Eagerly awaiting your project? Use the shipping information provided in your Order Confirmation email to track the status of your package. Estimated delivery information will be available within 24 hours of receiving the shipment notice.

After an order is shipped you can use our Order Lookup Tool to check on the status of your order.
