“Selected Shipping Address is Not Valid” Error at Checkout

If you see an error message stating “Selected Shipping Address is Not Valid” or “Select a Different Address” when placing your order, it is typically related to the phone number entered during checkout.

Why This Happens

When a phone number saved to a shipping address is invalid or incomplete, our system is unable to validate the address at checkout. Correcting the phone number directly on the address resolves the error.

How to Resolve

You can fix this quickly without leaving checkout:

  1. At checkout, locate your saved shipping address and select the Edit button.
  2. Update the phone number to a valid entry.
  3. Save the change and proceed with placing your order.

If you prefer, this can also be updated through your account settings under your saved addresses before returning to checkout.
