Missing Order Confirmation Email?

If you recently placed an order but cannot locate your confirmation email, don’t worry. There are a few common reasons why this may happen.

Use the steps below to confirm whether your order was successfully submitted and avoid placing a duplicate order.

 

What You Should See After a Successful Order

When an order is placed successfully, you will immediately see an on-screen confirmation page.
This page includes:

  • Your Order ID
  • The Estimated Delivery Date
  • Your shipping method

If you reached this screen, your order was successfully submitted — even if you have not yet received the confirmation email.

 

Why You May Not See Your Confirmation Email

Your confirmation email is sent automatically to the email address used during checkout. If it is not in your inbox, it may be due to one of the following:
• You were signed into a different account than expected
• You used Sign in with Apple with Hide My Email (Private Relay)
• The email landed in your Spam or Junk folder
• Inbox filtering rules moved it to another folder

If any of these apply, continue with the steps below.

 

How to Confirm Whether Your Order Was Submitted

Since the confirmation screen does not display the email used at checkout, the best way to confirm your order is through your online account:

  1. Visit mimeophotos.com

  2. Sign in

  3. Click Orders

If your order appears there, it was successfully placed. If it does not appear, it may be tied to a different email address. Please do not place another order until you verify this — duplicate orders are not always eligible for a refund.

If you used Sign in with Apple, your order may be associated with a Private Relay email. You can learn how to locate that email here:

Avoiding Duplicate Orders

If you do not immediately receive the confirmation email, please double-check before placing a second order:

  • Did you reach the order confirmation screen?
  • Did you check your Spam/Junk email folders?
  • Did you sign into your account online and review Orders?

If you already placed a duplicate, please reach out within 30 minutes. After that, your product may already be in production or preparing for shipment.
