Missing Order Confirmation Email?

If you recently placed an order but cannot locate your confirmation email, don’t worry. There are a few common reasons why this may happen.

If you placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email, your order may still have gone through successfully. Before placing another order, take a moment to check — duplicate orders are not always eligible for a refund.

 

What You Should See After a Successful Order

 The best indicator that your order was placed successfully is the on-screen confirmation page that appears immediately after checkout. That page includes your Order ID, estimated delivery date, and shipping method. If you saw that screen, your order was submitted regardless of whether the email has arrived. 

  • Your Order ID
  • The Estimated Delivery Date
  • Your shipping method

If you reached this screen, your order was successfully submitted — even if you have not yet received the confirmation email.

 

Why You May Not See Your Confirmation Email

 Confirmation emails are sent automatically to the email address used at checkout. If you haven't received one, the most common reasons are:

  • You were signed into a different account than expected 
  •  You checked out using Sign in with Apple with Hide My Email (Private Relay), which generates a unique forwarding address 
  •  The email landed in your Spam or Junk folder 
  •  An inbox filter moved it to another folder

How to Confirm Whether Your Order Was Submitted

 The confirmation screen does not display the email address used at checkout, so the most reliable way to confirm your order is to check your account directly. 

  1. Visit mimeophotos.com

  2. Sign in

  3. Click Orders

If your order appears there, it was placed successfully. If it does not appear, it may be tied to a different email address.

If you used Sign in with Apple, your order may be linked to a Private Relay address. You can find that address here - Apple Support - Hide My Email

 

Avoiding Duplicate Orders

If you still aren't sure whether your order went through, please reach out before placing a second order. Duplicate orders are not always eligible for a refund and may already be in production within 30 minutes of being placed.
