How to Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you can easily check its delivery progress using our online tracking page.

Where to Find Your Tracking Number

You’ll receive two emails from us:

  • An order confirmation email right after your purchase.

  • A shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our facility.

The shipping confirmation will include your tracking number and an estimated delivery date so you can follow your package in real time. Tracking numbers usually activate within 24–48 hours after the parcel has shipped.

Be sure to check both your inbox and spam/junk folders, and confirm you are looking at the email account you used at checkout.

 

Track Your Shipment

To view the latest status of your order:

  1. Locate your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

  2. Go to our tracking page: tracking.mimeophotos.com.

  3. Enter your tracking number to see the most up-to-date shipping information.

Production Time and Delays

Please note that certain products require additional production time before they ship. This may delay when your tracking number becomes active.

If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email:

  • Double-check your inbox and spam/junk folders.

  • Make sure you are checking the email account used at checkout.
