How to Find and Reorder Your Past Photo Projects

Learn how to locate and reorder a previously created Mimeo Photos project

Whether it’s been months or even years since your last order, it’s easy to reorder a past project once you know where to look. Here’s how to get started:

Locate Your Original Project

To reorder a project, you’ll need to access it from the platform where it was originally created:

  • Website: Sign into the same account you used when you originally created your project at www.mimeophotos.com and go to "My Projects". If you created your project as a Guest, it will not be saved to any account and cannot be retrieved.
  • Mimeo Photos and Motif App (MacOS applications): Open the Photos app on the original Mac device where the project was created.

  • iOS App (Mimeo Photos or Motif): Open the respective app on your iOS device, sign in to your account, and access your saved projects from there.

Note: Projects created in the Mimeo Photos or Motif MacOS applications are not transferrable between devices. You’ll need to use the same Mac where the project was originally created. If you’ve upgraded to a new Mac, your projects will still be accessible on the original device.

Reorder Your Project

Once you've located your project:

  1. Open the project.
  2. Click the Buy button or the project’s price in the top-right corner.
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to place your order.

What If You Can’t Find Your Project?

If you no longer have access to your original Mac or cannot locate the photo project on the web, it will need to be recreated.

However, if your project was ordered within the past 90 days, we may still have the original project files on our end. In this case, we can provide you with a PDF of your calendar or photobook (Hardcover or Softcover) to reorder through our import site.

Simply contact our support team at help@mimeophotos.com or through live chat on our website for assistance.
