Why are my orders subjected to customs fees?
When an order is shipped internationally, it may be subjected to import taxes and, or customs duties enforced by the destination country. These charges are typically applied during transit as the package clears customs.

Am I responsible for customs fees?
You, the customer, are not responsible for customs fees imposed by the destination country. However, you may be subjected to VAT import tax if you are located in Switzerland.
Mimeo Photos accepts full responsibility for payment of customs fees.
